About the Role
We’re looking for qualified, motivated, and caring educators to join our preschool teams in Vaudreuil and Blainville. You’ll work on-site in a collaborative classroom, delivering daily programming, guiding young learners, and supporting a positive school culture.
🕒 Schedule: 4- or 5-day work week (32–40 hours/week)
💵 Salary: $21.60–$30.03/hour (based on MFA scale & experience)
🌴 Time Off: 4–6% vacation pay + 1–3 weeks PTO = Up to 6 weeks total paid time off per year
What You’ll Do
Lead play-based activities and small group learning using ADE’s signature curriculum
Create a welcoming, organized classroom that reflects our Reggio-inspired approach
Support classroom routines with consistency, care, and intention
Foster children’s social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Document learning and update families via Brightwheel
Work closely with your teammates and the Center Director to maintain a strong, child-centered learning environment
Participate in ongoing planning, professional development, and center-wide initiatives
Who You Are
DEC, AEC, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (or in progress)
MFA-qualified educator status (or actively working toward it)
Experience in daycare, preschool, or CPE (an asset)
Deep understanding of child development and inclusive practices
Strong team player who is proactive, dependable, and committed to high-quality care
Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
Current first aid certification (8-hour daycare-specific course)
Clean police background check (required for all educators)
