ADE’s preschool & child development centre uses a child-centered approach with a system that is designed to prioritize each child’s success. The preschool centre offers an innovative educational model, based on research-based best practices and uses technology to track children’s individual progress in the curriculum. The centre emphasizes staff training and development by offering daily team meetings, weekly coaching sessions, and monthly employee performance evaluations.

ADE understands the value of early childhood education and it's professionals. We prioritize training and professional development for all of our team members, including administration, teaching and support staff. Our teaching staff follow weekly development sessions with administration, monthly classroom quality control assessments, and quarterly performance reviews.
TECHNOLOGY IN EARLY EDUCATION
ADE offers parents exclusive access to a unique and highly innovative child care software. This application, available on tablets and smartphones, allows parents to access daily individualized updates of their child. Each day teachers update children's profiles with details of their daily lessons, meal-times, potty-training progress and messages to parents. Administration uses the software to process paperless billing, attendance, and other areas of centre management.

HEALTH & SAFETY IN EARLY CHILDHOOD
ADE meets and exceeds government safety standards for childcare. Health and safety for our children, families and team is our first & highest priority. The centre follows a strict daily cleaning schedule to ensure the highest cleaning standards in the industry. All team members are CPR certified & have successfully completed a comprehensive police background check. The centre completes a formal quality assessment of health, safety and classroom practices each month.
