Our service offers a delightful and convenient solution for families seeking a charming space designed especially for children's celebrations. We present three options to suit your party needs, offered every Saturday & Sunday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. 1. Party Room #1 - Small Room: Ideal for intimate gatherings, this cozy space situated on the first floor of our preschool accommodates up to 8 children along with accompanying adults. In addition to the party room, guests will enjoy access to our coat room, washrooms, and a first-floor party room adorned with tables, chairs, and a plethora of educational toys. 2. Party Room #2 - Large Room: Planning a larger celebration? Our spacious second-floor party room can host up to 20 children and accompanying adults. This package includes all the amenities of Party Room #1, plus an enchanting 8-foot balloon garland to add a festive touch to the occasion. 3. Private Event - Entire Preschool: For those seeking an exclusive experience, our Private Event package grants you sole access to the entire preschool. Accommodating up to 28 children and accompanying adults, this package offers the ultimate in privacy and convenience. Along with access to all areas of the preschool, including two party rooms, coat room, washrooms, and outdoor play yard (weather dependent), this package comes complete with two 8-foot balloon garlands to elevate the ambiance. No matter which package you choose, rest assured that a dedicated member of our team will be on-site throughout the duration of the party, ensuring everything runs smoothly and your guests have a memorable experience. Looking to add some extra flair to your event? We offer a range of optional extras for an additional fee, including themed decor, custom balloon and backdrop displays, cakes, catering for children and guests, and the services of a professional photographer to capture every special moment. Cancellation Policy

Booking Process: The Client agrees to book the preferred date for the Children's Birthday or Event through Group ADE’s booking calendar and submit a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. The balance of the event (including all additional services or add-ons) is payable 14 days prior to the event. The Provider will confirm the booking and provide a booking confirmation detailing the date, time, and package selected for the event. Final details, including any additional services or add-ons, must be confirmed at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. Policy Compliance: The Client and their guests are expected to adhere to all ADE Preschools policies and guidelines during the event, including but not limited to safety protocols, noise levels, and respectful behavior towards staff and other guests. ADE Preschools reserves the right to cancel, refuse or terminate services for any event that violates our policies or poses a risk to the safety and well-being of our staff and guests. Non-Compliance Fees: Fees may apply for non-compliance with ADE Preschools policies, including but not limited to smoking/vaping, unauthorized access to areas, misuse of preschool materials, and failure to adhere to parking regulations. These fees will be determined based on the severity of the violation and may be charged to the Client's credit card on file. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a change of date with no additional fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a change of date, subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of $100.00. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund or change of date.
